Refund policy

All of the products we sale are made to order meaning we don't keep anything in stock. We do not offer buyers remorse returns or size exchanges. We only offer refunds or replacements on damaged or defect products within 15 business days of receiving your order. If 15 business days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process your request. Our process when you have something damaged is we request a photo by email at gobmlc23@gmail.com and we will work with our team to determine whether a refund or replacement is required.
